Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Re-Align Your Life Women’s Conference. Our conference is designed to inspire, empower, and encourage women and girls through faith, purpose, leadership, and personal growth. To help provide an exceptional experience for every attendee, all vendors MUST agree to the Vendor Terms and Conditions Agreement.

VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT:

Our Commitment: The Realign Your Life Women’s Conference is a Christ-centered event hosted by Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. We ask each vendor to help us create an atmosphere that reflects excellence, integrity, encouragement, and respect. Every interaction with our attendees should demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and service that honors both your business and the mission of this conference.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Realign Your Life Women’s Conference. Our conference is designed to inspire, empower, and encourage women and girls through faith, purpose, leadership, and personal growth. To help provide an exceptional experience for every attendee, all vendors agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Vendor Eligibility

All vendors must operate a legitimate business and offer products or services that align with the mission, values, and standards of Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. The Conference Committee reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Appropriate Products and Services

Products and services must be appropriate for a Christian women's conference and should reflect professionalism, integrity, and respect. The Conference Committee reserves the right to prohibit the display or sale of any item deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission of the conference.

3. Business Responsibility

Vendors certify that they are responsible for operating their business in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any licenses, permits, tax requirements, insurance, or certifications required for their business.

4. Vendor Space

Each vendor will receive the space and accommodations specified in the vendor package. Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional display materials needed unless otherwise stated by the conference.

5. Setup and Breakdown

• Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period.

• Booths must be completely set up before conference attendees are admitted.

• Early breakdown or departure is not permitted without prior approval.

• Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and free of debris.

6. Professional Conduct

All vendors, employees, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Aggressive sales tactics, disruptive behavior, offensive language, or conduct that detracts from the conference experience will not be permitted.

7. Marketing and Promotion

Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation before the conference. However, solicitation outside of assigned vendor spaces or interruption of conference sessions is prohibited.

8. Food and Beverage Sales

No food or beverage items may be sold or distributed without prior written approval and compliance with Embassy Suites policies and any applicable health regulations.

9. Electrical and Special Requests

Requests for electricity, internet access, or other special accommodations must be submitted in advance and may be subject to additional fees based on hotel availability.

10. Liability

Essentials for Godly Living, Inc., the Realign Your Life Women's Conference, Embassy Suites, conference volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, personal property, or personal injury. Vendors participate at their own risk.

11. Insurance

Vendors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance appropriate for their business. Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, inventory, equipment, and activities.

12. Payments and Refunds

Vendor space is reserved only after payment has been received and the application has been approved.

Vendor fees are non-refundable except in the event the conference is canceled by Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. If a vendor chooses to cancel participation, no refund will be issued (non-transferable)

13. Cancellation by Conference

Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any vendor participation if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if participation is determined to be inconsistent with the mission or standards of the conference.

14. Photography and Media

Vendors grant permission for photographs and video taken during the conference to be used by Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

15. Force Majeure

Essentials for Godly Living, Inc. shall not be liable for failure to hold the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

16. Agreement

By accepting and completing the vendor acknowledgement, vendor certifies that:

• Vendor has read and understand the Vendor Terms and Conditions.

• Vendor agrees to comply with all conference policies.

• Vendor understands that failure to comply may result in removal from the conference without refund.

• Vendor certifies that the information provided in my application is accurate.

• Vendor understands that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor at this event.
